Character Creation Rules

Each member will be allowed two male and two female characters.

​

Characters are allowed to have a maximum rating of 95,

​

Maximum Finisher Rating is 85.

Maximum Momentum Rating is 90.

​

The Run In Payback move is banned

The Blackout payback move will be allowed pending management approval.

​

A majority of the moveset may not be made up of moves that are considered finishers or signatures.

​​

Hit Point Total must remain at 4000.

​

Division Rules

World Championship Division

The World Championship will be defended on each pay-per-view and under special circumstances/

​

Ultraviolent Division

The Ultraviolent championship will be defended each pay-per-view and sometimes on weekly shows.

All matches will be contested under some kind of hardcore rules.

​

Baltimore City Championship Division

This championship will be defended EVERY week, with only occasional exceptions
